By submitting an order and purchasing any goods you agree to Beloved and Precious terms and conditions. These Terms and Conditions are based upon current online shopping regulations and customers must read them carefully as they contain important information. We reserve the right to change, modify, substitute or remove, without notice, any information on this website as necessary.

 

Products

All goods are subject to availability and we will try to advise the customer of any items that are unavailable as soon as we can. Beloved and Precious have taken care to describe items as accurately as possible. However as all goods are individually handmade they may vary slightly in colour or form from the photographed and described listed item.

Payments

We accept online payments from PayPal with all prices being inclusive of VAT . The total cost of your order is the price of the products and VAT plus delivery charges as quoted on the delivery page of the website. The total cost is in pounds sterling and detailed clearly on your order confirmation. Cheque orders are possible, please contact us but be aware orders will not be processed until payment has cleared. We reserve the right to amend our company prices at any time, without notice.

Order Cancellation

We confirm that the customer is entitled to cancel their order at any time prior to dispatch except for items that are personalised which cannot be cancelled at any time.

Liability

Beloved & Precious will not be liable in respect of customer or third party recipient failure to comply with the following product safety instructions resulting in willful damage to/or loss of whether direct or consequential to personal property.

1. Jewellery should not be worn when undertaking hazardous activities.

2. Children should not wear jewellery unsupervised and should not be inserting any jewellery into their mouths or other orifices

3. Individuals may find that the acid in their skin reacts with sterling silver and causes discolouration or they might experience allergies or skin reactions when in contact with metals used in jewellery manufacture. The wearing of such items is at their own risk.

 

Damaged, incorrect orders and goods not received

Notification of damaged goods, incorrect orders and goods not received must be made within 14 days of receipt of the original order by phone 07771 696055 or email to: contact@belovedandprecious.com or via the Contact Page on the website. The customer must make it clear their preference for a replacement or a refund. Please note, replacements or refunds are at the discretion of Beloved and Precious. If the goods supplied are damaged or are not what you ordered, Beloved and Precious shall have no liability to you unless you notify us of the problem within 14 days. After such notification, the damaged or incorrect item must be returned to Beloved and Precious in all the original packaging before any refund or replacement can be actioned. It is the customers responsibility to ensure goods are returned and are received by Beloved and Precious within 14 working days from the date when the original order was received.

Governing Law

The contract shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English Law, and the English courts shall have jurisdiction to resolve any disputes between us. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects our Customers Statutory Rights. Errors and omissions excepted.
