All our jewellery is handmade to order and we work to ensure your order will be despatched to you within 3-5 working days. B&P Locket is a highly personalised piece of jewellery. Once we have received a copy of the photograph you would like to be shown in your locket then the lens will be made and at the same time we handcraft the silver pendant then we marry the two to produce your individual and truly unique B&P Locket. As you can appreciate this process can take time and we strive to dispatch it to you within 21 days. If for any reason we cannot meet any timeframe then we will advise you immediately.

 

It is possible for us to provide an express delivery service in the UK for some items but we ask you to contact us first to make sure this is possible for your individual order. Please contact us before 2 pm so we can despatch the next day with guaranteed delivery for the following day before 1pm.  

 

We use Royal Mail for the delivery service of all our products. Please note, the table below is a guide and actual delivery prices may vary depending on destination and weight of goods.
